This model has been the backbone of comparison shopping and review sites for over 20 years. Sites like Wirecutter, NerdWallet, and PriceGrabber all operate on the same principle.
The price you pay is never affected. Merchant prices are the same whether you arrive via WCIbuy or go directly. We never inflate prices or hide fees to increase our commission.
We show you prices from multiple merchants — sorted by price, with no paid ranking influence on the price comparison table itself.
Your click goes through our redirect system which logs the click and appends an affiliate tracking parameter to the merchant URL.
The affiliate network (CJ Affiliate, Amazon Associates, etc.) sets a cookie in your browser that remembers you came from WCIbuy for the duration of the cookie window (typically 1-30 days).
If you buy within the cookie window, the affiliate network attributes the sale to WCIbuy and pays us a commission — typically 1-10% of the sale value, paid by the merchant.
The commission comes from the merchant's marketing budget, not from your purchase price. You pay exactly what you would have paid visiting the merchant directly.

Featured placements are clearly labeled. They are paid placements and may appear above organically ranked results. The organic price comparison table below featured placements is always sorted by actual price and is not influenced by paid placement.
Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial decisions about which products to feature, how we describe products, or our price comparison rankings. The best price is always shown first, regardless of which merchant's affiliate program pays the highest commission.
WCIbuy is a technology platform, not an editorial publication. We surface real merchant prices from real product feeds. We do not write paid reviews or accept payment for positive editorial coverage.
