Vibra-TITE 111 Low Strength Threadlocker is a thixotropic anaerobic threadlocker designed for easy disassembly of threaded components. The anaerobic nature cures only when confined between two metal parts. The products low removal torque allows easy disassembly yet provides vibration and shock resistance. Best for small fasteners under 1/4' where prevention of vibrational loosening is required. Ideal on small set screws, brass and most types of small threaded nuts, bolts, screws, hex and slot driven components including keyed fasteners. Ensure parts are clean, dry and free from oil and grease before use. Product is normally hand applied from the bottle onto threaded parts. Fixture Speed without Primer is 20 minutes at 77/F.
