Phase-change silicone grease is easier to shape. Ordinary silicone grease will overflow around the CPU/GPU due to the extrusion of the cooler after being used for a long time. But the phase-change silicone grease sheet will not, because when the temperature returns below 45 , it will automatically become solid and will not flow. After a long time of use, it will not spread to the surrounding due to being squeezed. The service life is longer, which is 2-3 times that of ordinary thermal grease. It is easier to replace, you only need to cut the phase change film to the same size as the CPU/GPU, tear off the films on both sides (no front and back), and you can use it. It is recommended to let the computer work for more than 2 hours after use, because only when the temperature is higher than 45 , the phase change film will become liquid.
