Important Note: The remote control must be pointed toward the display screen to operate. The display monitor shows P1-P3 for automatic preset modes and HR for manual mode. In automatic modes (P1, P2, P3), only Power, Start/Pause, P1-P3 mode selection, and switching to HR manual mode are supported. Adjusting speed and pedal direction is only available in manual mode. 2 in 1 Automatic and Manual Modes: The elliptical exercise machine has 3 automatic preset modes (P1-P3) and 12 speed, which can be adjusted by remote control to suit different goals. The pedals can be used forward or backward to change direction and work different muscles.
