This kit will allow you to flush the engine while it is running, therefore offering a more complete flush of the raw water cooled components. Fits the following diesel engines with 1.75 inch (44 mm) I.D. inlet water hose: MerCruiser Marine V-6 & V-8 Turbo-Charged Direct Injection MerCruiser Inboard V-6 & V-8 Turbo-Charged Direct Injection MerCruiser Marine and MerCruiser Inboard 180, 200, 230, 260 & 280 (6.7L) Note: Mounting bracket in kit will need to be REMOTE MOUNTED.
