Dipstick tube hole plug. This plug has a 9.367 mm (.3688 in.) OD with a hex shaped head. All MCM V6 long blocks that have the oil dipstick tube going to the oil pan drain on the port side have the dipstick tube hole in the cylinder block plugged with this plug.
