The opening is a briskly aromatic effusion of bergamot laced with crisp, peppery shiso leaf, luminous ginger, cardamom and bracing but sweet herbal nuances of angelica. Lush black fig ripens at the heart, laced with the honey and tea facets of fenugreek, davana and lovely, anisic artemisia. Base notes of sheer, shimmering cashmeran, ambroxan, cream and cinnamon mingle with earthy cedar and patchouli to produce a subtly smoky, beautifully harmonized finish.
