Engine plates are designed for lifting LS series GM engines. Installation of lift plate requires removal of the intake manifold and valley cover tray to properly secure lift plate to engine block. Plate features three lifting points, allowing engine weight to be balanced or offset. Offset position is helpful when angling an engine (with transmission attached) in or out of a vehicle.
