If your router is a dual-band, we recommend you separate them first and then connect the camera to the 2.4GHz band. Q - Do I have to subscribe to the cloud? No, the cloud is not mandatory. A - The camera can record events (up to 12 seconds) in the last 24 hours. But if you need to record longer videos, please insert a micro SD card or subscribe to the cloud. Q - The camera won't connect. A - Please long-press the reset button until the camera makes a sound and the light starts flashing red, then try to connect it again.
